1 1/4 c whole milk or soy milk
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 peeled and sliced banana
1/2 stoned, peeled, and chopped peach
3 hulled strawberries
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process and combined and frothy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
